And then the king sat down with his guests for a great feast and there appeared a hand and writing on the wall. Or perhaps it is a president now. And the writing may not be on a wall. But there may be more writing on the war. About members of Bush’s own party defecting from support of the war in Iraq. Or the way Bush wages it. Who’s next?

    Heretik, this is highly relevant to your post.

    (BTW, love the picture! I sang Walton’s “Belshazzar’s Feast” when I was a freshman in college and that painting was on the cover of our musical scores, so seeing it brings back memories!)
