  1. Liss, I tried and tried but could not get the stream to open on my Mac. Not sure if it’s the format, or perhaps something to do with our cable being messed up by Tropical Storm Barry yesterday (our Internet works, but not our cable tv). So sorry I missed it! I hope it went well. Do let us know the highlights. ๐Ÿ™‚

Loved hearing your voice, Liss! Great as always.

  3. Nice job, Melissa! I’ve often wondered why there isn’t a Shakesville Podcast and listening in today makes me wonder even more!

    Thanks, doodz!

Iโ€™ve often wondered why there isnโ€™t a Shakesville Podcast

LOL – I don’t think it would be particularly interesting just listening to me ramble into a microphone. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh sure it would be — as loong as you were imitating Mr. Shakes ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. You could make reading the phone book interesting! (With or without the Scots accent) It’s all about inflection and pace. The missing aspects of writing. Some of us don’t know you in RL and don’t automatically “hear” you when reading your posts.

  7. Great job, Liss! Nice to hear your voice in such clarity…versus the cell phone connection.

Liss! I’m listening to the podcast as I type. It’s so cool to hear your voice! And you sound marvelous. ๐Ÿ™‚

Also, I love the new photo.

  9. Oh, man, I’m bummed that I missed that!
