Quote of the Day

“Planned Parenthood and NARAL have been out there trying to control women for many years.”—the completely unhinged president of the National Abstinence Clearinghouse, Leslee Unruh, on Faux News’ Bleek Blook with Neeb Cabloobo. At least I think that’s the name of the show.

There’s video at the link. She’s seriously nutz.

  1. I love the look in Unruh’s eyes — it’s cool the way she’s got each eye spinning in an opposite direction.

“Planned Parenthood and NARAL trying to control…” Whoa, talk about projecting…

    Hey, Lissie….

Wanted to point out a Typo…the official name of the network is:

    Faux Noise.

    Just stating the obvious.

Because trying to make everyone sexually frusterated is SO not controlling.

  4. Hecto the Proooo-jector, I say.

So would Freud, even though he’d probably agree with them.

  5. Wow! I always thought the mail I get from PP is for donations. Now I understand that it’s for control.

    Cobags.

I went to college with both of her kids. I’m glad I never met her. Also, the family’s idea of medicine or the medical field is chiropractic or more sanely referred to as witch doctoring. Fitting, no?

  7. I started watching this yesterday and wished I hit record. She said “have more babies” so many fucking times. Not every woman wants a quiverfull like Unruh and sometimes such big pharma drugs are necessary, especially for women with endometriosis in advanced cases. I am trying to get Icaia who is posting at my blog now to write about her experience over the last decade and how these types of treatment, yes with side effects, have been helpful.

Ok, if “having more babies” is what made this poor woman who she is, Planned Parenthood could not have a better spokesperson! (or cautionary tale, take your pick)

HA! I see a tabloid size, tri-fold, full color glossy with her RED RED RED LIPS, mouthing “BABIES, MORE BABIES.” Then a dingo, mouth agape, eating her precious babies.

    the caption:
    “When Nature Says No!”

Mostly what I took away from the video was the irony of all her “big pharma” bitching and the way her crazy-face, with the eyes and smile, radiate prescription abuse.

  11. Holy crap. The woman is a parody of herself. Seriously, she doesn’t even make rhetorical sense, let alone logical sense…

  12. Abortions for some, miniature American flags for others.
